Downey Dance Center Recital 2020
We will be presenting our DDC dancers in in Two Shows this year, which will be held on:
Friday July 24, 2020 at 5:30pm
Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 5:30pm
at
LOCATION: Lakewood High School
4400 Briercrest Ave.
Lakewood, Ca 90713
Mandatory DRESS rehearsals: Week of July 13-18, 2020 (in the class)
Mandatory Rehearsal on: Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Downey Dance Center
Picture Day will be on Sunday, July 12, 2020. More details to come.
Recital Costumes prices are $90.00 each
This does not include any extra accessories; example: Bows, Tights, Shoes,
Earrings, Hats, Gloves, Shoe Buttons etc. Costumes and accessories are
non-refundable! If a costume needs alterations, it will be the responsibility
of the parent. If a costume needs to be returned/exchanged there will be a
$40 restocking and shipping fee.
Important Recital Information:
- All dancers will be required to be at the show 1 hour before the show begins
- All dancers will be required to stay until the Finale and dance in the final bow
- All dancers will be required 1 chaperone (at least 18 years of age) to be with them backstage at all times. No other persons will be allowed
backstage. All Chaperones will be given a wristband and will not need
to purchase a ticket for the show. The chaperone may/may not be able
to see the performance. We suggest you buddy up with another parent
or get 2 different chaperones; 1 for each show. - Makeup and hair tutorials will be given to ensure all dancers are prepared for the recital. We pride ourselves in a very professional look!
- All dancers must be in class the Month before the recital to keep their spot in the routine.
APRIL 11th The last day to pay the $90 payment per costume
Costumes will not be ordered unless paid in full. Costumes will be handed out as they arrive. We want this experience to be a fun and memorable one!!!
